SIMcoin is our platform currency. 1 SIMcoin = $1 USD. Use SIMcoin to pay for projects, and VCs receive payments in SIMcoin. Platform collects 5% commission on internal payments.

Go to Wallet > Buy SIMcoin, enter amount, and connect your payment method (Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Alipay). Funds are added instantly.

Funds are released when you approve a milestone deliverable. Go to the project, review the deliverable, and click "Approve" to release payment.

Refunds are available for unused SIMcoins in your wallet. Go to Wallet > Withdraw. Note: A 2% withdrawal fee applies.

Go to Projects > New Project, fill in the project details, set milestones and deliverables, define your budget, and publish. VCs will start submitting proposals.

Milestones are phases of your project with specific deliverables. Each milestone has its own payment, released only when you approve the deliverable.

Go to your project, click on the milestone, review the deliverable files, and click "Approve" or "Request Revision".

Go to Dispute Center to request cancellation. Unreleased milestone funds will be refunded (minus platform fees). Work already approved must be paid.

Go to My VC > Create VC, add your company details, team members, expertise, and hourly rates. Once verified, you can bid on projects.

Clients release payments when they approve your deliverables. Payments go to your Wallet in SIMcoin, which you can withdraw to your bank.

Yes! You can form teams with other VCs for larger projects. The lead VC manages the project and splits payments among team members.

Go to OEM > Register, add your manufacturing capabilities, certifications, and pricing. Once verified, you can receive manufacturing RFQs.

All OEMs must have ISO certification or equivalent. Quality is verified through sample runs before receiving full production orders.

Go to Dispute Center > New Dispute, select the project, choose dispute type, describe the issue, and submit. Our team will review within 48 hours.

Escalated disputes go to our arbitration team. Both parties provide evidence, and a final decision is made within 5 business days.
